    Shifting Realities: Portals to a New You

    In this episode I give you a six step process to instantly shift your reality. This is a simple technique that you can do any time, anywhere. Set a Clear Intention - Define Your Goal: Clearly identify the new reality or specific change you want to achieve. Be as specific as possible about what this new reality looks like and how it feels. - Visualize:mSpend a few minutes each day visualizing this new reality in detail. Imagine yourself living in it, engaging all your senses. 2. Create a Ritual - Choose Your Portal: Select a physical place (door bridge, pathway) or any space where you feel comfortable and undisturbed. This will be your portal. - Set the Scene: Decorate or mark the doorway in a way that makes it special. You might place candles, crystals, or other meaningful objects nearby. 3. Prepare Your Mind and Body - Relaxation: Before using the portal, take a few moments to relax and clear your mind. Practice deep breathing or a brief meditation to enter a calm state. - Affirmations: Repeat positive affirmations related to your new reality. For example, “I am stepping into a life of abundance and joy.” or “I am stepping into a life of healing and good health.” 4: Step Into the Portal - Imagery: Stand in front of the door, bridge, path and visualize the new reality vividly. Imagine it as a portal to this new life. - Action: As you step through it, mentally and emotionally commit to the shift. Feel yourself leaving the old reality behind and entering the new one. - Belief: Fully believe that by stepping through this portal, you are moving into your desired reality. Let go of doubts and embrace the possibility.  5: Anchor the New Reality - Behavior: Begin to act as if you are already living in your new reality. Make decisions and take actions that align with your desired outcome. - Environment: Make changes in your environment that reflect your new reality. This could be as simple as rearranging furniture or adding new decor that resonates with your intention. 6: Reinforce the Shift - Daily Practice: Repeat the portal ritual regularly, reinforcing your intention and commitment to the new reality. - Gratitude: Practice gratitude daily for the changes and improvements you notice, no matter how small. Gratitude can amplify positive shifts. Additional Tips: Consistency: Consistency is key. Regularly engage in the ritual and visualization exercises. Mindfulness: Stay mindful of your thoughts and feelings. Gently redirect any negative or doubting thoughts to align with your new reality. Support: Share your goals and process with a supportive friend or mentor who can encourage and help you stay accountable. Using a doorway, path or bridge as a symbolic tool for shifting your reality is a powerful way to focus your intention and make a psychological shift towards your desired experience of life. Remember, the power of belief and consistent action is essential in manifesting change. Affirmations for a Positive Mindset - "I am worthy of all the good things life has to offer." - "I am open to new and exciting possibilities." - "I trust the process of life and embrace change." - "I am in control of my thoughts and emotions." Affirmations for Manifesting Your New Reality - "I am stepping into a new reality filled with joy and abundance." - "I attract positivity and success in every aspect of my life." - "I am creating the life of my dreams." - "I am aligned with the energy of my desired reality." Affirmations for Overcoming Doubts and Fears - "I release all fears and embrace my new reality with confidence." - "I am courageous and willing to take bold steps toward my goals." - "I trust in my ability to manifest my dreams." - "I am resilient and capable of overcoming any challenge." Affirmations for Health and Well-being - "I am healthy, vibrant, and full of energy." - "I nourish my body, mind, and spirit with positive thoughts and actions." - "I am in perfect harmony with my body and its natural healing process." - "I radiate health, happiness, and vitality." Affirmations for Abundance and Prosperity - "I am a magnet for wealth and abundance." - "I am financially free and living in abundance." - "I attract opportunities that align with my goals and values." - "I am grateful for the abundance that flows into my life." Affirmations for Love and Relationships - "I am surrounded by love and positive energy." - "I attract loving, supportive, and healthy relationships." - "I give and receive love effortlessly and unconditionally." - "I am worthy of love and treat myself with kindness and respect. Affirmations for Personal Growth and Success - "I am constantly growing and evolving into my best self." - "I am capable of achieving great things." - "I am confident in my abilities and my path." - "I embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and learning."

    The Quantum Field and Manifestation

    This week on Embodied Success the Podcast I discuss how having an understanding of the quantum field can help us to manifest our dream life into our reality. To begin the episode I give a brief history of our understanding of the universe before the scientific revolution in the mid sixteenth century until the early twentieth century when the first ideas of quantum physics were first developed. After discussing the key ideas of quantum physics and what the quantum field is I give a five step process of how you can manifest: 1. Set Clear Intentions:    - Decide clearly what you want to manifest. Be specific and positive about your desires. 2. Visualize:    - Imagine your desire as if it has already happened. See it, feel it, and experience it in your mind. 3. Feel the Emotions:    - Feel the emotions that come with achieving your desire. Emotions amplify the vibrations you send out into the quantum field. 4. Stay Positive:    - Maintain a positive mindset and avoid doubt. Negative thoughts can create conflicting vibrations that hinder manifestation. 5. Take Action:    - While thoughts and emotions are powerful, taking real-world actions towards your goals helps align the energy and bring about desired changes.     Healing Your Throat Chakra

    This week on Embodied Success the Podcast I discuss healing and activating our throat chakra so that we can let go of the fear of being seen/heard and express ourselves more authentically. To start the episode I tell a story of healing my own throat chakra and how it has allowed me to not only host this podcast but also show up on camera, be more relaxed about public speaking and express my truth to others. I then go through a six step process you can use to heal and activate your throat chakra which is: 1.        Self Reflection 2.        Experiment with Somatic Practices 3.        Practice Mindfulness 4.        Breathwork 5.        Sound Therapy 6.        Practice In self reflection there are some common limiting beliefs that one may have if they feel blocked in their throat chakra. These are:  1. Fear of Judgment: "I believe that if I speak up or express myself, others will criticize, reject, or ridicule me." 2. Self-Worth Issues: "I feel unworthy or lacking confidence in my ideas, opinions, or creative expression." 3. Invalidation: "I think that my voice doesn't matter and that my opinions are not valid or important." 4. Fear of Conflict: "I'm afraid that if I express myself, it will lead to conflict or strain my relationships." 5. Past Trauma: "I have experienced being silenced, invalidated, or repressed, and I fear speaking out again." 6. Perfectionism: "I believe that my expression must be flawless or 'perfect,' which leads me to self-censor and inhibit myself." In somatic practices I discuss EFT Tapping.     Authenticity and the Law of Rhythm

    In this episode I explore the topic of how striving to achieve balance can be problematic as it can cause us to feel shame. The inspiration for this episode came from a reel I saw by a man named David Bedrick. David is an author, a teacher and an UnShaming attorney. He teaches people how to create a life free from shame. His perspective on this idea of striving to achieve balance in our life causing shame really blew things out of the water for me. As someone who has created their entire business around this idea of achieving balance I was compelled to explore it more. What I came to in my contemplation of David’s perspective is that striving for this culturally constructed idea of balance does cause shame and that instead of trying to achieve this we can honour our natural rhythms and accept them as they are.
