  1. When It’s Not Yours. Dealing with Projection in Business & Life {Ep 179}

    When It’s Not Yours. Dealing with Projection in Business & Life {Ep 179}

    Projection happens when someone unconsciously or consciously transfers their fears, pressures, or judgments onto others. This episode covers recognising when energy or emotions aren’t yours, handling such moments with calm and confidence, and avoiding projecting your own feelings onto others. Key strategies include setting energetic boundaries, trusting your own rhythm, asking for permission before offering advice, and practicing awareness of your own emotional state. The overall message emphasizes self-trust, respectful communication, and allowing others to live and lead their lives authentically without unsolicited interference. Highlights Projection occurs when others transfer their fears or pressures onto you, or when you do the same to others. Recognizing energetic dissonance helps identify when projection is happening. Respond calmly by naming shifts in energy instead of blaming individuals. Set clear energetic boundaries and trust your own rhythm without needing to justify yourself. Always ask for permission before offering advice or feedback to avoid projecting. It’s okay to exit a conversation if someone projects onto you excessively. Respect others’ autonomy; everyone has their unique way of living and doing business. Key Insights Recognizing Projection through Physical and Emotional Signals: The speaker describes bodily sensations such as chest tightness or mental fog as signs that someone else’s energy is being projected onto you, highlighting how self-awareness is crucial in managing external emotions. Energetic Boundaries as Essential Tools: The importance of setting and maintaining boundaries is emphasized as a way to protect your emotional well-being when others project their state onto you. This isn’t about cutting people off but holding your ground respectfully. The Role of Consent in Communication: The episode stresses asking for permission before offering help or advice, which nurtures mutual respect and reduces unwanted projection, improving interpersonal dynamics in both business and personal relationships. Projection as a Mirror for Self-Reflection: When you feel triggered by someone else’s behaviors or choices, it’s often a reflection of your own judgments or discomfort. Acknowledging this helps reduce conflicts and fosters empathy. Handling Projection with Calm Confidence: Responding calmly and naming the difference in energies shifts the focus from conflict to understanding, allowing you to maintain relationships without burnout or resentment. Knowing When to Disengage: It’s acceptable to pause or exit conversations where projection becomes too heavy, protecting your own energy while leaving room for future dialogue. Respecting Individual Rhythms: Trusting your own timing and honoring others’ unique approaches encourages a healthier environment where diverse methods are accepted rather than judged.   2. What to Do When Your Old Life Doesn’t Fit Anymore {Ep 176}

    8月25日

    What to Do When Your Old Life Doesn’t Fit Anymore {Ep 176}

    Taking time to pause, reflect, and create space allows clarity and new possibilities to emerge. The process might involve grief over what is ending, but it leads to self-compassion, deeper understanding, and a more fulfilling life. Honest conversations and setting boundaries, including re-evaluating relationships, are part of this journey. The key message is to trust the unfolding next chapter even if it is not yet clear. Highlights Feeling your old life doesn’t fit is a natural sign of personal growth. Growth involves shifting values and energy, not a broken life. Change doesn’t need to be dramatic; small, mindful adjustments are effective. Pausing and reflecting are crucial for gaining clarity. Grieving what’s ending is a valid and important part of transformation. Honest conversations and setting boundaries support authentic growth. Trust the process even if the next chapter isn’t visible yet. Key Insights Personal growth signals discomfort: When life feels too tight or “not quite right,” it often reflects inner growth and shifting values rather than a life failure. This awareness allows a compassionate approach to change rather than fear or self-judgment. Small changes catalyze evolution: Growth can be subtle and gradual, such as changing daily habits or trying new activities, rather than drastic life overhauls, which may feel overwhelming or unnecessary. The importance of pause and reflection: Rather than rushing to “fix” or redefine life immediately, allowing time to rest and reflect creates internal space for insights and emotional processing, which supports sustainable change. Grief accompanies endings beyond death: Leaving long-held roles or identities, such as a career, triggers grief that must be acknowledged and navigated sensitively to facilitate healing and new beginnings. Redefining relationships is part of growth: Some friendships or connections may no longer align with who you are becoming, and it’s healthy to let go or set boundaries to create space for supportive relationships. Intuition guides the next steps: Creating space signals readiness to listen to one’s body and intuition, allowing clarity to emerge naturally rather than forcing it prematurely. Self-compassion is foundational: Recognizing the need to prioritize oneself and refuel emotionally and mentally is not selfish but essential, like filling a car with petrol before driving.   3. Energy Protection Without Fear Or Drama {Ep 175}

    Energy Protection Without Fear Or Drama {Ep 175}

    Rather than using the word “protection” in a defensive sense, I prefers the idea of “looking after” one’s own energy to prevent negative external energies from affecting you. The key points highlight that you don’t need to fear others’ energy, the best protection comes from staying grounded in your own energy, and it’s about cultivating a steady and compassionate relationship with your energy rather than fighting it off. Practical advice includes tuning into your own energy, disconnecting from others’ energy through visualization techniques, and using simple breathing exercises to regain calm. Boundaries are essential but should be kind and clear, with the understanding that “no” is a complete answer. Ultimately, surrounding yourself with love transforms negative energy and strengthens your energetic resilience. Highlights Energy protection means caring for your own energy, not fearing external influences. Feeling overwhelmed often stems from your system processing more than usual, not bad energy. The best protection is staying present and grounded in your own energy. Disconnect from others’ energy using visualization (e.g., imagine cutting cords with a sword). Seal your energy boundaries with love to prevent unwanted energy drain. Practice mindful breathing, such as box breathing, to restore calm. Saying “no” is a powerful and kind boundary; it requires no justification. Key Insights Energy management is about support, not defense: Viewing energy protection as support helps reduce fear and drama, making it a more positive and manageable practice. Overwhelm doesn’t always mean negative energy: Often, feeling drained means your body is processing more stimuli than usual, especially in emotionally intense settings. This normalizes the experience and removes unnecessary fear. Disconnection techniques are crucial for energy clarity: Visualization practices like “cutting cords” help clear residual energy without conflict, allowing you to maintain energetic boundaries gracefully. Love acts as an energetic shield and healer: Sealing off energy with love not only blocks harmful energy but transforms and neutralizes it, reinforcing emotional resilience. Mindful breathing reconnects you to your own energy: Techniques such as box breathing help calm the nervous system and increase energy awareness, combating overwhelm. Setting clear boundaries is self-care, not rejection: Saying no firmly and kindly protects your energy without guilt or drama, fostering healthier relationships with others and yourself. Energetic self-awareness is a continuous practice: Regularly tuning into and caring for your energy enables you to prevent unconscious energy absorption and enhances overall wellbeing.   4. How Your Business's Inner Child Shows Up In The Solar Plexus Chakra {Ep 174}

    8月11日

    How Your Business's Inner Child Shows Up In The Solar Plexus Chakra {Ep 174}

    In this episode I explore the concept of the “inner child” of your business, focusing on the Solar Plexus Chakra, which symbolizes personal power, identity, and community within your business. The host explains chakras as energy vortexes that continuously move and influence all aspects of life including business. The inner child of your business represents its evolving energy and influences the type of tribe (ideal clients, mentors, community) it attracts. By tuning into this inner child and supporting it through awareness, research, and clear boundaries, you can nurture your business’s growth effectively. Balancing emotional intuition with logical decision-making is important for sustainable development. Ultimately, respecting and setting boundaries for this inner child creates safety, freedom, and better alignment in your entrepreneurial journey. Highlights Chakras are energy vortexes that continuously flow and influence business energy. The solar plexus chakra relates to the business’s tribe, ideal clients, and community. Your business has an inner child whose needs and desires affect how it grows. Tuning into your business’s inner child aids in identifying the right clients and support system. Emotional insight should be paired with logical research before making business decisions. Supporting the inner child helps integrate new team members and maintain growth. Boundaries create safety and foster a balanced relationship with your business’s inner child. Key Insights Chakras as Energetic Foundations: Viewing your business through the lens of chakras helps see it as a living, energetic entity that requires attention not just practically but energetically. Business’s Inner Child Concept: Thinking of a business as having an “inner child” humanizes it, making it easier to nurture and respond to its needs intuitively and strategically. Importance of Tribe and Community: The solar plexus chakra emphasizes the necessity of aligning your business tribe—clients, mentors, and community—for cohesive growth. Balanced Decision Making: Emotional intuition (“buying from the heart”) must be complemented with rational research to avoid impulsive decisions that may cause regret. Supporting Growth with Team Expansion: As businesses evolve, integrating employees or collaborators should be done mindfully to support the business’s “inner child” and its sense of safety and belonging. Setting Boundaries: Just like children, the business’s inner child requires boundaries to feel safe, prevent overwhelm, and focus on actionable growth steps. Business as a Living System: Recognizing your business as an entity with its own energy encourages a holistic approach to entrepreneurship that includes emotional awareness and spiritual support.   5. How To Create A Simple Spiritual Practice {Ep 173}

    8月4日

    How To Create A Simple Spiritual Practice {Ep 173}

    The key message is that spirituality is individual and should feel natural rather than forced or performative. The speaker encourages starting with a simple, consistent activity that fosters connection to oneself or something bigger, like the earth or the universe, and allowing that practice to evolve over time. A powerful way to establish this routine is by “habit stacking,” or integrating the spiritual practice with daily activities, making it more natural and sustainable. The emphasis lies on intentionality, simplicity, and flexibility, rather than perfection or complexity. Highlights Spirituality is personal and should be defined by what feels natural to you. Start with one simple practice and repeat it consistently. Your spiritual practice can evolve and change as you grow. Habit stacking helps integrate spirituality into daily routines seamlessly. Connection to your body and the universe is central to spiritual practice. No need for elaborate tools; a simple cup of tea or journaling works. Affirmations and simple rituals enhance connection without extra pressure. Key Insights Spirituality is subjective and flexible: The concept means different things for different people, and there’s no one right way to practice. This relieves pressure and encourages authenticity. Simplicity over complexity: Starting with small, manageable practices like journaling or standing in the sun prevents overwhelm and supports steady growth. Consistency beats variety: Repeatedly engaging in one focused practice strengthens your connection more effectively than juggling many practices inconsistently. Practice evolves with you: As your energy and life change, your spiritual practice should adapt, allowing for growth without guilt over pausing or shifting direction. Habit stacking creates ease: Linking spiritual practice with established habits reduces resistance and builds a sustainable routine. Intentional connection opens channels: Slowing down and tuning into your body and environment invites guidance and deeper awareness. Tools are optional, not essential: Crystals, tarot, or sound can enhance but aren’t required; what matters is what helps you feel connected.
