Emerging _____ is a student-led organization at the Community College of Beaver County in Pennsylvania. We will "fill in the blank" with topics relevant to the forward-thinking individual to learn from connections and amplify student voices. Through student discussions and interviews with business professionals, we will grow together as creators and listeners by asking the questions we want to know.

    Transfer Connections

    Where do you start in the process of transferring colleges? In this interview with Rachel LaRocca, we discussed deciding between programs, starting conversations with schools, and the experience of entering an entirely new learning environment. Rachel is a junior at the University of Pittsburgh and is studying a dual degree in marketing and psychology.     Emerging Online Connections

    In this episode of Emerging ______, we explore the idea of social media's rising prevalence as we have grown as adults. On October 5, 2021 the social media blackout of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp had worldwide implications.
