    #74: How to maintain your results post diet

    When you start any dieting phase you will need to change certain habits in order to create more awareness around your food choices and establish a calorie deficit.


    Where most people go wrong on this is that they view the diet as some sort of alternate universe that they can step into for this phase and then mistakenly think that they can return to their old eating habits after. Not so! Especially not if you want to maintain your results long term and end the vicious cycle of constantly dieting.

Simple & Easy to implement

After listening to a few episodes, I wanted to let other listeners know that this podcast helps to simply nutrition and dieting. Love how Aoife explains steps using language that is easy to understand especially for those embarking on transitioning from counting calories to maintaining a healthy life without counting.

Great fitness advice that is not restrictive!

First of all, Aoife has a great voice with loads of energy and confidence. Her advice is practical and fun. I was very pleased to know that I can still lose weight (it’s mostly vanity pounds) without giving up sweets. There are so many fitness influencers who preach the “no sugar” diet and that just doesn’t work for me. Aoife also provides real life examples to maintain a healthy balance of fitness and fun!

Needed information about Physical Fitness and Nutrition

This is a great show about physical fitness. Aoife McAuliffe is a fantastic host and fitness expert. I learned about how calories work in my body. I had no idea that every person has a unique caloric needs. I had never heard of Thermic Effects of foods. All that information is helping me figure out my unique calorie needs.
