    Pausing & Pivoting: An update on life & business

    Hello, my beautiful introvert friend! It's been a while, and I'm thrilled to be back sharing updates on life and my path of gentle business. If you're feeling tired, overwhelmed, or disenchanted, especially in the online space, grab a cup of tea and hang out with me. In this episode I share the messy and beautiful journey of doing business differently. Driving this is the desire to stay true to my voice, purpose and nature as an introvert. I'll give you a glimpse into my unconventional path, including taking a break in Brazil, pausing my marketing, getting a Director of Operations certification, and working at a bakery - all as part of a strategy to do business my way. In this experimental phase, I'm following what feels aligned and regenerative.     In this season finale, we're delving deep into the world of habits and how they can bring ease into your business, especially if you're an introverted entrepreneur or anyone with unique energy needs.  Instead of spouting a list of habits at you, I explore the concepts behind the habits, so that you can be empowered to choose the practices that work for you and your unique introverted self. These concepts come from my training in yoga, Ayurveda, life coaching, online business and my studies on introversion and human design.     In this episode, I look at reducing overwhelm in your business by changing your relationship with email.  If you’re an intropreneur or a sensitive person seeking a healthier and more joyful relationship with their inbox, you’ll find useful strategies and mindsets that can turn your email from a chaotic virtual junk drawer into a source of ease and productivity.  In the first part, I discuss ways to cultivate an empowered mindset towards email management. It really is possible to improve!     Ep 21: Overcome overwhelm in your business & create systems for ease

    What’s actually going on when you’re feeling overwhelmed because you have so much work? If you’re feeling burned out in your business, especially if you are an intrapreneur, sensitive solopreneur, an unconventional self employed person in some capacity, this episode is for you. But once you’ve reached a certain level of success, continuing to do business this way can create stagnation & burnout.
