    I want to welcome you to my guest Christina Sok-Cabrera who is a global citizen, life enthusiast, mompreneur, speaker & coach who believes in pushing boundaries and limits to live Life by Design, and not by default. She has not let limiting categories or beliefs, and traditional notions of success or society’s programming prevent her from going beyond her comfort zone to explore new areas of life and forge her own unique path. Having gone from a very traditional path as an Ivy League graduate and model student with a Masters degree trying to make her way in the corporate world, Christina has taken the path less traveled to start businesses, build networks and communities, empower other women, pursue her passions, all while traveling the world (over 40 trips in the last 4 years before she found out she was becoming a mother in 2018!). Christina is an independent art curator and runs a travel & lifestyle as well as coaching business. She has been interviewed on Bloomberg TV for her contemporary Asian art expertise and has been featured on various women’s blogs for entrepreneurship, inspiring other women to also go for their dreams. As a new mother, Christina fully stands behind her belief that women in the 21st century can have it all! Women can have their cake and eat it too, with a bit of prioritising and outsourcing. Being open-minded, staying committed to personal growth and having a clear vision for herself, a woman can be the best version of herself whilst playing her other roles as mother, wife, daughter, sister and of course, matriarch of the household, all at once.     Welcome to episode 003 How to rewrite your story let me introduce you to my special guest Lydia Keeney. Lydia is a distance energy healer - She helps people unleash their full  potential through clearing from past traumas, creating boundaries,  providing clarity, teaching intuition & tools for empaths. In  her past time, you will find Lydia rock climbing, hiking and back  country camping in the mountains, playing strategic board games, and  sipping light roast coffee   Lydia's  career was birthed from her having a medical miracle. She went from  having severe allergies & asthma - She carried around an eppie pen  and had to use an inhaler on a regular basis. At her lowest, she weighed  around 95 pounds. - To being cleared of all her allergies, asthma and  gaining all her weight back, most importantly being FREE, LIGHT and  HAPPY. - She learned her allergies came about because of a very  traumatic experience that happened to her right at the same time that  her allergies started. When physical symptoms show up in the body, so  many times it's reflecting something going on at a soul level. It is so  important to go about healing every part, not just the body, not just  the mind, not just the soul.  We discuss in this episode how Lydia has been able to rewrite her story to become an energy healer and serving her clients to clear trauma and gain clarity. Expect helpful tips on how you could rewrite your story.
