A newer Life Coach asked, "I'm working hard on growing my online presence. How do you deal with the comparison that can creep in when you're on social more?" THIS is what I told her.
A newer Life Coach asked me the question:
"I'm working hard on growing my online presence and things are clicking. But that also means that I'm on social media more than I was before. How do you deal with the comparison that can creep in when you're on social more?"
I offered her some brain science AND a #gamechanger strategy that made a big difference for me and it seemed to help. So... I wanted to share it with you.

A newer Life Coach asked the question, "How do I make sure to not overwhelm my new coaching clients?" It's a critical question and THIS is what I told her.
Danielle... an awesome newer coach in our FOUNDATIONS program (FOUNDATIONS is our online Elite Life Coach Certification and Business Building Training), and she asked a great question:
"How do I make sure to not overwhelm my new coaching clients?"
It's a CRITICAL question because you want a new client to feel stretched and encouraged... you want them to feel the possibilities of going to new levels... but you don't want them to feel overwhelmed.
So... I offered Danielle some specific steps around:
Rolling out strategies and involving the client in the process
Mindset on how to access progress
