56. How To Treat A Hiatal Hernia
In today’s episode, Chris & Filly dig into all things hiatal hernia, a dysfunctional condition where the stomach wedges up into the oesophagus. We commonly see this in clinic, especially in clients whose bodies are feeling burned-out & acting dysfunctionally. This episode is off the back of a YouTube video we did 3 years ago, where we demonstrated how to physically release a hiatal hernia. I’m not sure what’s happened with the YouTube Algorithm God’s, but this video has recently taken off with tens of thousands of views and 100’s of questions and comments - lol!
