Mental health and emotional pain is a very real challenge for people to deal with. In the podcast episode “Transforming Pain to Purpose” the hostess recommends channeling pain through some very real and positive solution-based approaches. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is trying find meaning in their life and need a way to connect with others in a similar situation.

This is going to be one of my favorite podcasts. I listened to the episode "Free thoughts less homogenous thinking" and that was the thing i needed right now. How she explained people can have different thoughts, is so provoking. "Diversify thinking make us grow" sticking to this point... 5 stars for this one.

I can tell that this show comes from the heart! It’s a perfect listen for my commute! For all looking for a short and sweet thought provoking podcast I can’t recommend this show enough!

Listened to episode “Your Niche, People & Purpose.” This message was so needed. Time is most definitely important. The most precious commodity we have. Gave me some nuggets to munch on and digest. Thinking about my mission and purpose. Hearing your voice, I enjoy how relatable and down to earth you are. You seem to come from a place of deep inner knowing. It feels like you have had many experiences that have given you wisdom. Love that you take time out of your day to spread love and awareness. This podcast is raising the vibration of the collective. We need more people like you who are unafraid to speak their truth. Recommend this to anyone who enjoys audio entries from a conscious thinker.
