Episode 1 -> Broken Reality - Working Conditions In The Anime Industry

In a world where we all have to work to survive, the working conditions that people have are a hotly debated issue. Unfortunately, there are jobs that require stressful work routines, both mentally and physically, for an extremely low salary, sometimes insufficient even to pay the most basic expenses. And, in Japan, the profession of 2D animator falls right in this category. In this first episode of EntrTalks, your Brazilian podcast about the entertainment world (in English!), we will talk about the hard life that many 2D animators, especially beginners, have in Japan, and, based on the few facts that we have access to, theorize what would be the main causes of these conditions.
