As a woman trying her best to live Biblically in this day and age, I find myself, almost daily, learning new lessons from my Heavenly Father. I created this podcast as a way to share my growth with you all in hopes that it will encourage and motivate you in your walk as a Christian woman.     Ep. 31 - John 15:13

    Welcome back to the podcast, everyone! After unexpected things forced me to skip the podcast for 2 weeks, I am very happy to be back with y'all and share what is on my heart this week!  "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." John 15:13 KJV If you've been in church any length of time, you have probably heard this scripture. I've always heard it applied to Jesus and His great love for us that led Him to lay down His life for us on the cross. However, after a recent study and discussion with my husband, I've started looking at this verse very differently.  Jesus was the dearest Friend to me and showed such great love toward me when He laid down His life for me and my sins. I want to repay Him in any way that I can. I want to be a friend to Jesus, and this verse tells me how I can do that. The greatest love that I can show to my Friend Jesus is to lay down my life for Him. Not necessarily in a physical sense, although it may come to that one day, but in my day to day life. I can lay down my life at His feet and allow Him to live through me and use me as a vessel and an instrument for His will.  I pray you enjoy this week's episode and that it encourages you in your relationship with God. In today's episode, we discuss Matthew 11:28-30, focusing mainly on verse 29, "Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls." I'm sure you've heard this scripture many times, but have you ever wondering exactly how to practically apply it to your daily life?  I wondered this question for many years and recently, God gently spoke an answer into my heart. That's what I want to share with you today!     Welcome back! In today's episode, I discuss 3 things that I have to implement in my life in order to foster growth in my spiritual life.  I know that life can get really busy and hectic sometimes and, if we're not careful, we'll hit a plateau in our walk with the Lord. For me, I have found there are 3 ways that I can help myself get out of that rut and grow in my relationship with the Father.  1. Slow down. 2. Swallow my pride.  3. Dwell on Heavenly things.  I pray this episode is a blessing to you!     Ep. 28 - 2023-2024 Testimony "Trust Him"

    Welcome back, everyone! Today is a very special day and I have known for a while that I wanted to release a new podcast episode today to celebrate this wonderful milestone! Today (the day of this podcast release) is October 11, 2024 and it is my "Born Again Birthday" as I like to call it! Today marks 5 years since the day that God so graciously saved my soul! It is such an important day to me and I thank God for it! In today's episode, I wanted to share the my testimony of the last year (August 2023 through September 2024) and everything that God has done in and for me this last year. It's been a life changing time for me and I am so thankful for all that God has taught me and how He has grown my relationship with Him. I hope that you enjoy it and that it blesses and encourages you! If you enjoy this podcast, I humbly ask you to leave a rating or review on whichever platform that you use for streaming (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.). My goal with this podcast is to reach other Christian women and encourage them in their walks with God.     Ep. 26 - I asked moms like YOU… Here’s what they had to say!

    Welcome back! I’m so thankful to the Lord that He worked it out for me to do 2 podcast episodes this month! I pray that I can continue to bring you content each month that will bless and encourage and motivate you! This week, I am very excited to share with you what I’ve been working on for several months now. I reached out to several moms of all ages and stages of life and asked them these 2 questions… “What do you feel you have done well in motherhood?” and “What is your biggest regret in motherhood?” In this episode, I share their responses with you! I pray you are as blessed and helped by these as I was! It was such a good reminder of the common mistakes that moms make and helped me get back to being more intentional with this blessed calling God has given me. Motherhood is so crucial and I pray we take it seriously and work intentionally to do it as pleasing unto the Lord!  I also mentioned at the end of the episode that I’ve been considering starting a blog to have a space to share some different types of content with y’all!     Ep. 25 - Happy New Year!

    Happy New Year, everyone! Welcome back to the podcast! I am so excited to back at it this year and starting off the year with a new episode! As I share in the episode, one of my goals for 2024 is to share at least one new episode each month (maybe more), so I’m very excited to be getting off to a good start with this first month! This episode is a little different from what I normally do, but I wanted to start off this year by sharing with you some life updates, my reflection of 2023, as well as my vision for 2024.     Ep. 24 - Proverbs 31:30-31

    Welcome back!  We have finally reached the end of our Proverbs 31 Woman series! This week we are covering the last two verses of the famous “virtuous woman passage”. I’m a little sad to see this series end because I have enjoyed it so so much! But I’m also very excited to see what the Lord has in store next!
