Those leading the search don't know it but some members of the team are deliberately withholding vital information.  They meet their nemesis - Dr. Kermit Gosnell - and enter his clinic. It is a filthy, dirty premises full of unstaffed workers that has a smell of death. The investigators also come face to face with Gosnell, who shocks them with his attitude and unsanitary behavior.
