Woven Well: Natural Fertility Podcast

Ep. 57: Why & How Gut Health Affects Fertility, with Chiara Estes, R.D.

Our bodies are so interconnected! The health of one area will often affect the healthy function of another area, especially when it comes to fertility. Chiara Estes (no relation), a registered dietitian who specializes in women's hormone health, shares with us today about the role of gut health in our fertility. Does it really matter? How much of a difference can it make? And what can we do about it now? It was an eye opening episode for me, as she shared some fascinating studies -- AND how quickly we can see change when we implement small steps.
