As the SVP of Culture, her department oversees the Bank's social media, internal communication, training, philanthropic giving and more. Amanda's diverse work and volunteer history has fueled her zeal for creativity and engagement. In 2020, she was named a Top 25 Women in Business by Prairie Business magazine. Having a passion for dance since a young age, Amanda has been teaching classes at Red River Dance, a non-profit dance studio, for over 15 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors. She dedicates her time and talents to teach youth and mentor future generations. Amanda also volunteers her time speaking to local organizations about philanthropic giving, social media, company engagement and culture and more!     Kailer chose a career in real estate because he loves helping people through emotional times. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Kailer graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Veterinary Technology and went on to veterinary school at the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. He was pulled away for various reasons and found my way to real estate.
