Maddy is not your typical podcast host; she's your supportive best friend who tells it like it is. Maddy's infectious positivity and genuine desire to help you live a joy-filled life shine through in every episode.

I’ve truly enjoyed Maddy’s content and this show, but was super disappointed to see she featured Alexus/Lex Banach on a recent episode. I really hope this changes going forward!! I hope other listeners proceed with a significant amount of caution when listening to her episode because she’s trying to recruit for an MLM called BODi (formerly Beachbody) via her social media accounts. Because MLMs are not allowed on TikTok per the terms of service, she has to be a lot more indirect when referring to her “community” and “business”. The tactics she uses is somewhere between predatory and dishonest at best. She gives advice from her therapist that she doesn’t follow herself and isn’t qualified to give to others. She intentionally uses the death of her mom (and other family members) as well as spinning narratives about everyone being “narcissists” as content to relate to other women with similar struggles in order them to be suckered in and give her money. Please seek qualified professional help and don’t fall for these “communities” led by women who have ulterior motives — to make money off vulnerable young women with emotional trauma. It’s all intentionally disguised in a way to make it appealing and supportive, but it’s actually so concerning. If you don’t believe me, Google her for yourself.

Maddy is so uplifting and positive. She is that encouraging person we all need in our life. Her podcast is full of tips and tricks to bring more joy into your life.
