Lester Mendoza is a farmer, co-founder and CEO of Farm Box, a social enterprise that has the mission to create a better agri-community to uplift the lives of Filipino Farmers. Coming from a family of farmers, he knows the struggles that farmers go through just to finish one farming cycle: inability to access capital, declining productivity and low selling prices. Those were problems 10 years ago and still are the problems farmers face today. As providers of our basic needs, Lester believes that Filipino farmers deserve so much more, and with the right opportunity and community, they can improve their lives and even our country. Now, it is his mission to give them that.
