EP16: Test, Fail, Learn, Improve and Re-enter with Ronnie Marquez, Leadership Coach, Business Connector and Founder/Managing Director of Archon PH

After 30+ years serving first as a technician then eventually a senior leader in a large telecom corporation, Ronnie Marquez decided to take the leap toward becoming an entrepreneur. Today, he enjoys serving others as a Leadership Coach and a Business Connector.

His goal is to coach and connect successful business owners and create opportunities through a referral network. Being a Managing Director of BNI Philippines (Business Networking International), he is responsible for helping business owners in his Region (Makati and Muntinlupa) achieve business success through the BNI referral marketing system. He oversees five chapters with a total of more than 200 members.

Ronnie is also a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership team who loves coaching and training business leaders (SMEs). He also founded and manages two companies: Archon Ph and InterChange Consulting. Respectively, these companies focus on business coaching and corporate leadership training. Ronnie is married to Rowena from Davao and also a father of 3 adult children.
