Tadatmya: Devotional Alliance

TADATMYA: Devotional Alliance is an experience of community where deep bonds of affection and sacred acceptance weave the space in which to embrace our humanity as the context of our spirituality. This channel houses conversations, reflections and explorations of the seven pillars of RADICAL PERSONALISM, the foundation of TADATMYA—the organic gathering of like-hearted Kindred Spirits. The seven pillars are: 1) Vulnerability that Leads to Empowerment; 2) Individuation that Carves Out Our Full Humanity; 3) Nondual Thinking: Acknowledging that Everything is One, but Never Impersonal; 4) Epistemological Modesty: Remaining Students Forever; 5) Divine Ignorance: Embracing Mystery, Uncertainty and Paradox as the Basis of Faith; 6) Contemplative Prayer: Living Prayer as the Fabric of Inner Life; 7) Sanctity of Matter as Host of Spiritual World ~~~~~~ After being invited to share the principles of Radical Personalism, Swami Padamanabha journeyed around the world, further churning and unpacking its nuances. During his travels, Swami continually discovered like-hearted people who were living their version of Radical Personalism, some of whom may not have yet named or framed the rhythm of their heart as such, but completely identified with it as soon as they heard it. Stepping back and gazing on such a wonderful belongingness that already existed, Swami Padmanabha found this devotional alliance, TADATMYA, in order to give that belonging a place to flow together.

Ep23 Matter Matters—Swami Padmanabha | White Star woman | EDL Podcast Podcast

In this episode of Evolution in Divine Love, we continue our journey through Chapter Four—“The Depths of Matter”—by entering a radical revisioning of matter with Swami Padmanabha. Rather than viewing matter as something inert, illusory, or spiritually inferior, Swami reveals it as a living participant within divine relationship—an arena where love expresses, remembers, and becomes. We explore the deep Gaudiya understanding that matter is not the opposite of spirit but a meaningful part of the soul’s unfolding, an expression of divine artistry woven with purpose and relational depth. In the second part of the episode, White Star Woman joins the conversation, expanding this vision into the lived, embodied experience of healing, relationality, and the rising feminine current moving through the world. She speaks about the dissolving of separateness, the return to wholeness, and the wave of awareness inviting humanity to reconnect with the sacredness embedded in our very being. Together, these dialogues illuminate how matter becomes a site of revelation—where trauma transforms, awareness heals, and love takes form. Whether through philosophical insight or mystical experience, both voices affirm that matter matters because relationship matters, and that our embodied lives are integral to the evolution of divine love. This episode invites us to honor our own embodied existence as a sacred meeting ground where the personal, cosmic, and communal flow into one continual movement toward love. Ep22 On the Possibility of Biological Evolution—Swami Padmanabha | Vraja Kishor | EDL Podcast

In this episode of Evolution in Divine Love series, we explore the profound insights of Vedic philosophy as they relate to the evolution of matter, consciousness, and the divine. In Part 1, Swami Padmanābha guides us through the “aliveness” of matter, revealing how everything—physical, subtle, and conscious—is interconnected in a cosmic dance of divine love. We reflect on embodiment, gratitude, and the subtle intelligence woven throughout the world. In Part 2, Vic DiCara (Vraja Kishor) takes us deeper into Sankhya philosophy and the Srimad Bhagavatam, unpacking the stages of cosmic evolution—from the formless equilibrium of prakriti to the emergence of gods, life forms, and consciousness. He illustrates how the Vedic texts harmonize with science, showing the tangible reality behind the personified gods, and the evolutionary process as both cosmic and conscious. Together, these conversations invite listeners to see the world as vibrant, relational, and filled with divine intelligence, while leaving space for awe, inquiry, and even skepticism. Whether you approach it as a scientist, philosopher, or devotee, there is something here for anyone curious about the nature of reality and love. ▶ WATCH ON YOUTUBE: https://youtu.be/AxPlh9wYX4E ________________________ RADICAL PERSONALISM: Revival Manifesto for Proactive Devotion. ~ Tadatmya Sangha’s Channels ▶ WEBSITE ▶ FACEBOOK ▶ INSTAGRAM ▶ YOUTUBE ~ Swami Padmanabha’s Channels ▶ FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/swamipadmanabha108 ▶ YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@SwamiPadmanabha ▶ INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/swamipadmanabha/ ▶ WEBSITE: https://swamipadmanabha.com

Ep21 The Indefinite Expansion of Material Energy—Swami Padmanabha | Jeffery D. Long | EDL Podcast

IIn this episode, we enter the living tapestry of reality — a universe where matter, consciousness, and divine love continuously permeate one another. Drawing from Swami Padmanābha’s "Evolution in Divine Love", our hosts explore the aliveness of matter and the relational depth embedded in every corner of existence with Swami Padmanabha and Dr. Jeffery D. Long. What begins as a conversation about “inert” matter unfolds into a meditation on embodiment, reciprocity, wonder, and the subtle intelligence woven through the world around us. Together, we reflect on how the body becomes a doorway into meaning, how every act of giving and receiving reveals an ecosystem of relationship, and how gratitude opens our perception to the deeper currents sustaining our lives. We consider the cultural pressure to live urgently and perfectly, and contrast it with the older, slower rhythm of becoming that traditions like bhakti hold so tenderly. Ideas of rebirth and continuity help loosen the fear of “running out of time,” inviting a more expansive view of who we are and how we grow across lifetimes. As the conversation deepens, matter emerges not as lifeless substance, but as a message waiting to be understood — a mirror, a teacher, a bearer of divine affection. The world is no longer something to escape, but a place where God expresses presence through form, through relationship, through the quiet beauty of the everyday. Joy itself begins to appear not as an emotion but as the very source from which existence pours forth. Everything moves toward one of the central questions of Evolution in Divine Love: Is matter trying to tell us something? With Professor Long’s insight and Swami Padmanābha’s contemplative vision, we explore how the world becomes a living language, inviting us to listen more carefully, to see more deeply, and to recognize that love is already speaking through every moment. This episode invites you to slow down, attune, and rediscover the sacred pulse running through all things. ▶ WATCH ON YOUTUBE: https://youtu.be/ikkRrTuBjEE ________________________ RADICAL PERSONALISM: Revival Manifesto for Proactive Devotion. ~ Tadatmya Sangha’s Channels ▶ WEBSITE ▶ FACEBOOK ▶ INSTAGRAM ▶ YOUTUBE ~ Swami Padmanabha’s Channels ▶ FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/swamipadmanabha108 ▶ YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@SwamiPadmanabha ▶ INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/swamipadmanabha/ ▶ WEBSITE: https://swamipadmanabha.com

Ep20 The Aliveness of “Inert” Matter | Swami Padmanabha & Robert Nicastro | EDL Podcast

In this episode, we explore The Aliveness of “Inert” Matter — a section that invites us to reconsider our assumptions about the physical world. Together with Swami Padmanābha, we dive into how matter, consciousness, and divine love mutually permeate one another, revealing a reality sustained by relationality at every level. We speak about: • Why calling matter “dead” reflects our limitation, not its nature • How the concept of Shakti reframes matter as potency, energy, movement, and vibration the hidden aliveness within atoms, decay, and transformation • How nothing exists in isolation — not even God • And the many ways of being alive Following our dialogue with Swami Padmanābha, we continue the inquiry with Robert Nicastro, Director of the Center for Christogenesis, to expand through a contemplative Christian lens, and explore how technology can serve as an extension of our deepest human and divine capacities. Rather than seeing artificial intelligence as something “other,” Dr. Nicastro invites us to consider AI as Biologically Extended Intelligence—a tool that can expand empathy, deepen awareness, and help us recognize and serve those at the margins. Drawing from Teilhard de Chardin, the Christian scriptures, and contemporary theological scholarship, we discuss: • AI as an extension of compassion and perception • Why free will is essential in shaping our technological future • The danger of technology outpacing humanity • The call for a holistic ethical framework • Five foundational elements for a renewed vision of reality • How matter, spirit, and personhood unfold together in divine life We conclude with reflections from the bhakti tradition on sambanda (relationship), practice, and ultimate purpose — and how correct conceptualization safeguards our spiritual journey. Join us for this thoughtful and heartfelt closing movement into the evolving relationship between spirit, humanity, and technology. ▶ WATCH ON YOUTUBE: https://youtu.be/Sm6-BnewekI ________________________ RADICAL PERSONALISM: Revival Manifesto for Proactive Devotion. ~ Tadatmya Sangha’s Channels ▶ WEBSITE ▶ FACEBOOK ▶ INSTAGRAM ▶ YOUTUBE ~ Swami Padmanabha’s Channels ▶ FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/swamipadmanabha108 ▶ YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@SwamiPadmanabha ▶ INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/swamipadmanabha/ ▶ WEBSITE: https://swamipadmanabha.com

Ep19 God’s Loving Relationship with the World | Swami Padmanabha & Sukhavaha Vaishnavi | EDL Podcast

What if the material world is not a place to escape, but a revelation of divine love in motion? In this two-part episode of the Evolution in Divine Love podcast, we sit with Swami Padmanabha and special guest Sukhavaha to explore one of the most foundational — and often forgotten — insights of the bhakti tradition: that everything exists in God, and God exists in everything. Drawing from Evolution in Divine Love — and always grounding the conversation in śāstra and its authentic commentarial streams — Swami Padmanabha illuminates the tender, relational heart of creation. We speak about the Divine glance, not as a poetic flourish, but as a scripturally rooted vision of God’s love permeating material nature. From the fractal imagery of the universal form to Gaudiya understandings of internal and external energy, the episode opens a doorway into a profoundly relational cosmos — one where love is the paribhāṣā-sūtra, the core principle around which everything revolves. In Part 2, we are joined by Sukhavaha, whose grounded wisdom and lived experience bring these themes directly into the terrain of the human heart. Together we explore: 🌿 How subtle beliefs shape (or distort) our perception of reality 🌿 Why the mind is not our enemy, but a gift meant for inquiry and transformation 🌿 How trauma and unhealed wounds “bend the arrow” of our intention 🌿 Interconnectedness as a spiritual responsibility 🌿 The courage required for real evolution — and why encouragement is one of the highest forms of love Along the way, you’ll hear reflections on Bhāgavatam narratives, Gaudiya theology, panentheistic imagery, the nature of avatāra (“God’s self-communication bursting into history”), and the quiet, experiential trust that grows when we dare to follow divine guidance one step at a time. This episode is an invitation — not to theorize about love, but to recognize it as the very fabric of existence. To let go of subtle resistances. To step outside the “box” of old patterns. To remember that even the material world is evolving, being carried forward by the same love that gave it birth. If the world sometimes feels mundane or disconnected, may this conversation open a window into the wonder that has always been here. ▶ WATCH ON YOUTUBE: https://youtu.be/p8y_oHslLl8 ________________________ RADICAL PERSONALISM: Revival Manifesto for Proactive Devotion. ~ Tadatmya Sangha’s Channels ▶ WEBSITE ▶ FACEBOOK ▶ INSTAGRAM ▶ YOUTUBE ~ Swami Padmanabha’s Channels ▶ FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/swamipadmanabha108 ▶ YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@SwamiPadmanabha ▶ INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/swamipadmanabha/ ▶ WEBSITE: https://swamipadmanabha.com

    Ep18 Spiritual Imperfectionism | Decentralizing our Perspective—Swami Padmanabha & Patrak—EDL Podcast

In this episode, Swami Padmanabha joins Bhaktirasa and Svetadvīpā Rādhikā Dāsī to explore the soul’s unbroken potential through the lens of decentralization — the shift from seeing ourselves as separate to realizing that the Divine longs to live and love through us. Together, they reflect on how the ego “institutionalizes experience,” how mystery must remain alive for revelation to unfold, and how true participation in the Divine is never static but ever-becoming. Swami shares that real joy is not comfort or control but the fruit of love — and that love itself is sacred work: the stretching of a long-unused muscle until it moves freely again. In the second part of the episode, Patraka Dāsa, Svetadvīpā, and Bhaktirasa continue the conversation, exploring how these teachings land in lived experience — the humility of refining our mistakes, the courage to be seen, and the transformative power of safe, loving presence. 🎧 A conversation on relationality, vulnerability, and the joy that arises when love becomes our way of knowing — inspired by Evolution in Divine Love. ▶ WATCH ON YOUTUBE: https://youtu.be/LPajUirB9ZI ________________________ RADICAL PERSONALISM: Revival Manifesto for Proactive Devotion. ~ Tadatmya Sangha’s Channels ▶ WEBSITE ▶ FACEBOOK ▶ INSTAGRAM ▶ YOUTUBE ~ Swami Padmanabha’s Channels ▶ FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/swamipadmanabha108 ▶ YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@SwamiPadmanabha ▶ INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/swamipadmanabha/ ▶ WEBSITE: https://swamipadmanabha.com

    Ep17 Soul’s Ever-fresh Prospect Across Traditions | Swami Padmanabha & Alberto Varona—EDL Podcast

In this conversation, we explore the soul’s ever-fresh prospect through the lenses of Bhakti, Christian mysticism, psychology, and interfaith dialogue. Swami Padmanabha illuminates the Gaudiya understanding of spiritual evolution as a dynamic, relational, ever-unfolding journey of love. We explore how divine intimacy and free will coexist, how humility protects us from shame rather than dissolving us into it, and how acknowledging the shadow is not regression — but a conscious return to love. The soul is not static; it is meant to grow, expand, and deepen in loving reciprocity with the Divine. Alberto Varona joins the conversation to trace how the idea of a personal God evolved through Hebrew and Christian traditions — from transcendent mystery to intimate companion. We reflect on embodiment, vulnerability, and God knowing Godself through us. The exchange moves into evolution, consciousness, surrender, and will: how the human journey is not simply becoming more complex, but more available — willing to bend, soften, and be shaped by divine relationship. We even explore a playful yet profound idea from Bhakti theology: what if the “higher evolution” is not always upwards — but sometimes toward the humble blade of grass, fully yielded in divine service? A thoughtful and heartfelt exploration for seekers across traditions who sense that eternity is not the loss of the self, but the flowering of it. Join us in contemplating how every moment invites us to rediscover ourselves, each other, and the Divine—again and again, for the first time. 🎧 Tune in and enter the tavern of divine love—where each round tastes sweeter than the last. ▶ WATCH ON YOUTUBE: https://youtu.be/NwlE-eRHNOA?si=fPCONyx9QgSjjG8N ________________________ RADICAL PERSONALISM: Revival Manifesto for Proactive Devotion. ~ Tadatmya Sangha’s Channels ▶ WEBSITE ▶ FACEBOOK ▶ INSTAGRAM ▶ YOUTUBE ~ Swami Padmanabha’s Channels ▶ FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/swamipadmanabha108 ▶ YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/@SwamiPadmanabha ▶ INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/swamipadmanabha/ ▶ WEBSITE: https://swamipadmanabha.com
