Days of Durga Puja are a free pass to enjoy food, whatever the age or generation. Good food and Durga Puja are inseparable. Bengalis are not only fond of food. Music and songs are also an integral part of Durga Puja. It is with a song that we welcome Goddess Durga on the early morning of Mahalaya. Arrival of Asian Paints Sharad Shamman in 1985 brought about a positive change in Durga Puja celebrations.
