We are four sisters who recently discovered an interest in life coaching and realized that the combination of our talents and passions would bring a unique flair to this field. Some topics we’ll cover are finances, family, peaceful parenting, sexual abuse, service, missionary work, emotions, energy work, self-improvement, caregiving, healthy sexuality, social issues, communication, humanities, and more. Above all, we seek to draw nearer to our Savior, Jesus Christ, and hope that others will grow closer to Him as well. We aim to both push ourselves and inspire you to make a difference for one.

    Episode 64: Authenticity Pt 2

    Episode 63: Boundaries

    In this episode all 4 sisters discuss boundaries. The four of us read the book "Boundaries" by Henry Cloud and John Townsend and we discuss some of our favorite parts from it as well as our own thoughts. We talk about what our relationship to God is and how he sets and respects boundaries. And so we do our best to do the same. But it takes time to set and maintain boundaries in our lives. We talk about how you know a boundary needs to be set. We also recommend not setting all your boundaries at once. Start small and get the practice and courage to tackle the big ones. It's so important to have a support group behind you to cheer you on and reassure you that you're doing the right thing.
