Today I got to have my long suffering PT at the gym, the marvellous Richie, on the podcast.
We talked about the importance for training not only for the physical benefits, but the overall life benefits it brings too, how to start if you are overweight or unfit, what to do on the days when you just don't feel like going and plenty more.
