    I am so happy to be back with such a great episode!! This episode I talk with Nigel Kennedy aka KTR. He is a Hip-Hop artist I grew up with. He is also an entrepeneur with his own clothing line ktrlwrld that stands for something amazing. And his instagram page around his movement buick2bugatti both of which he talks about in this episode. We talk about his personal lifelong struggle with mental health that ended up helping him become a better version of himself through the struggle of it. He also talks about mental health hospitals and how they should be different and run better. These are just a couple of the great subjects and conversations we have in this episode.
