Greg is doing a great job sourcing and interviewing a wide array of folks with insight on Total Member Involvement. We need fresh views on church relations and meeting peoples' needs and reaching out to others on behalf of Christ. Good work.

All church members should listen to the Equip Podcast series to gain an understanding of how God intended His church to structure itself. Each one of us has gifts that the Spirit has bestowed to help the church reach the world. Instead, we have historically placed most of this burden on the pastor.
Equip Podcast is laying the foundation for the paradigm God wants for us. Easy to listen to on your own time, and the productions are done very well.
