Eric & the Expert's is a podcast that exposes the truth behind the lie that you have to be perfect or an “Expert” to be successful in your particular career or endeavor. I believe that Napolean Hill had it correct when he said… “the man who wins is the man who thinks he can.” Certainly, you can’t just will yourself or think yourself into success. Or can you? With the right attitude and determination, backed up with a whole lot of work I believe you can succeed at whatever you put your mind and your actions into. It is our mission to prove this theory on every episode by interviewing real experts in various fields to uncover the actions, choices, and the reasons that they have found success.
