Hour 1: Shaun and Chris open the show discussing the adjusted expectations for the Mets. The guys agree the Mets MUST "go for it" at the deadline. Jose Butto has been lights out for the Mets, but Deniel Nunez suffered an injury that could be serious, can the Mets spring for another arm? What's your go-to order from Wendy's? Chris is tired of the Mets and Yankee fans talking about Juan Soto's future at this point in the season. 

Hour 2: Kodai Senga is making his return at Citi Field tonight. The Mets are doing a great promotion for fans. The Dolphins gave Tua a massive extension, what does that mean for the two local teams? Shaun has reason to believe the Giants can win the NFC East. Reinforcements are coming for the Yankees, this series in Boston is really important. C-Mac says it's hard to expect anything from the Yankees until they make some moves. How many potatoes are consumed weekly in the US? What is worse in school, homework, or tests? Shaun never took his SATs. Chris is not satisfied with accepting 'hard outs' from the Yankee lineup.
