I love Nathan’s style on his podcast. It’s a very chill and relaxed style but topics and conversations are always teaching me new gritty things along the way!

I’m deeply appreciative of your podcast on dad’s passing. While it was good to hear how you processed those days, what I didn’t expect was it to open up my ability to more effectively process it myself, from my perspective. Turns out I was compartmentalizing the grief, like I’ve always done, and operating in my comfort zone. I think I knew the podcast would get me out of that comfort pretty quickly, but decided to step into it anyway. It got me to a growth zone with the grief and I’m grateful. Thanks for being vulnerable. It was really good.

Thank you Nathan for not only sharing your perspective, but for also sharing multiple perspectives. It’s definitely beneficial to me to be able to use these different perspectives to identify, analyze, challenge and respond to my own perspectives. Thank you for sharing.

I have followed Nathan on Instagram for some time now. I discovered him through The 3 of 7 project. I always look forward to his posts. I lost a loved one in September and for some reason today was a difficult day for me to deal with grief. I found this podcast and listened to it while I was running. Between his voice, his message, and the physical exercise, it helped me through a difficult moment. Thanks for sharing Nathan.
