    Ep. 23 - Spermageddon and the Testosterone Crisis (w/ Raw Egg Nationalist)

    Auguste speaks with the one and only Dr. Charles Cornish-Dale (a.k.a. the Raw Egg Nationalist) about his new book The Last Men: Liberalism and the Death of Masculinity which discusses the collapse of sperm count and testosterone level afflicting the modern world. The struggle this creates for men (and women) is indeed real, and it will take nothing less than muscular, high-T, high IQ thinkers like Auguste and Charles to ask the important questions about it. While Charles calls for more studies in this crisis and ponders the political implications of a low-T population, Auguste worries if changing diapers and watching Gilmore Girls will hurt his sperm count. The two cover a wide range of topics from the sexualized politics of South Korea, the current state of MAHA and the Manosphere, as well as an obscure African tribe that demonstrates what a true longhouse society looks like.     Ep. 22 - Will You Be Our Valentine, Team USA?

    Happy Valentines Day! Auguste is joined by Evan and Dr. Adam Ellwanger (a.k.a. “The Love Doctor”) to diagnose the romance crisis in today’s world. Adam blames the internet which has made everything more awkward, Evan floats ideas of speed-dating for homeschoolers, and Auguste offers some lessons in talking to the opposite sex and recommends reading Pride and Prejudice. The three consider the old debate of whether the rise of lonely singles is the result of men being losers, women expecting too much, or both sexes simply not trying hard enough. They also consider if the rise of a diverse demography adds yet another hurdle for people finding their soulmate who shares their values, goals, and genetic preferences. Finally, the three discuss the Winter Olympics and certain opinionated athletes competing for Team USA. While Adam, a yankee from New York, waxes nostalgic about the games and gives everyone a pass, Auguste and Evan conclude that this all just a bunch of spoiled rich brats ready to party at the Olympic level, do their virtue signaling, and maybe win a medal.     Ep. 21 - No Really, What Is a Woman? (w/ Dr. Carrie Gress)

    In this episode, Auguste has a conversation with Dr. Carrie Gress about her new book Something Wicked: Why Feminism Can’t Be Fused with Christianity and the challenge of rooting out secular feminism in the Catholic Church. Dr. Gress brings up the anti-Christian strains of first-wave feminism and how this has been carried on into the current feminist movement. She dispels the many myths surrounding the foundresses of feminism and explains why their beliefs don’t work under a truly Catholic Christian framework. For his part, Auguste at least tries to make a case for some of the early feminists, but soon folds and joins Gress’s camp. The two then consider an alternative vision of Christian womanhood and try to come up with a way forward for young women in today’s confusing culture. Did they eventually figure out what a woman was after all?     Ep. 20 - Cold as ICE: Live from the Winter Storm & Ongoing Minnesotamania

    The anti-ICE agitations continue with yet another shooting. Auguste has brought on Evan and Tony to discuss these new developments and better understand the situation. After the three Everymen share harrowing stories of being stuck in the snow, Tony, a resident in the Twin Cities and part Yeti, explains how things look like on the ground. Far from being a French Revolution erupting in the midwest, it is a relatively small conflagration between professional activists and border enforcers—something no one would even notice if the internet didn’t tell us about it. The three then discuss the current state of the pro-life movement, which seems rudderless after hiding behind Roe for half a century. Finally, Auguste recalls a great Simpsons episode (back when it was funny) that should give us all reason to be hopeful.     Ep. 19 - Fire and ICE: Militant Feminism, Beleaguered Law Enforcement, and the Rhetoric of Radicalism

    What caused Renee Good to do what she did? What will be the lasting impact of her death? What should the Trump administration do going forward? Are the normies being radicalized, or are the radicals being normalized? Auguste talks with Evan McClanahan and rhetoric professor Dr. Adam Ellwanger to analyze the current situation with the anti-ICE protests and what to learn from Renee Good’s demise. While Adam notes the ratcheting effect behind the left’s ongoing transgression of social and cultural boundaries, Auguste wonders if the popular image of the young idealistic male rebel fresh out of college should be revised to look like a bored middle-aged woman who consumes too much leftist slop on TikTok. Evan points out that Good’s lesbianism might have paved the way to her anti-ICE extremism and keeps up his streak of invoking his favorite dictator Nayib Bukele with regards to what American leaders should do about leftist violence.     Ep. 18 - Battle of the Memes (Part II)

    Auguste and Evan determine which memes do the best at defining today’s cultural moment and which ones should reign supreme in the meme hierarchy. In this episode, the heavy contenders like “Redpill,” “Based,” and “Wojack” enter the fray against winners of the first round. As the competition becomes fiercer, Auguste becomes ever more longwinded and Evan more undecided. The winner of this tournament ended up being a surprise for the two cousins most of all. Using the recent meme-opedia of Dudley Newright, they match up the best memes in a bracketed tournament where each meme faces off with one another in three successive rounds. Applying the most rigorous scientific standards and bringing the full force of their knowledge of current affairs and internet culture to bear, Auguste and Evan will unlock the meaning and ultimate value of each meme. Hopefully, this discussion of online lexicography will help audiences learn what some of these terms and images are supposed to signify so that they too can appear cool, knowledgable, and oh-so-based.     Ep. 16 - Everything Wrong (and Right) About Films in 2025

    Auguste brings back Senior Editor and film critic Tony Juarez to discuss a few recent movies and a few not-so-recent ones. They begin with an extended conversation of The Running Man with Glen Powell, a reboot of the sci-fi action flick in the 80s with Arnold Schwarzenegger. Even the proud Gen Xer Tony had some reservations about this movie, though he acknowledges the admirable attempt to stay true to the source material. For his part, Auguste has finally given up on Glen Powell and thinks he just can’t hack it as a leading man. They also talk about Good Boy, a horror film told from a dog’s perspective, and Sketch, a indie film that is well-done, family-friendly, and actually watchable. Finally, Auguste rants about the horrific AI-slop that is A Minecraft Movie yet gives praise to the progressively smug but surprisingly good American Fiction. Altogether this has been a weird, mostly bad year for movies, but neither man is ready to declare that the art form altogether dead. The last of the woke just needs to be cycled out.
