Episode 5: Why do I keep doing the same things, even when I don't want to? - Dr. Brenda Gesell, LMFT

In this episode, Bryan interviews Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Dr. Brenda Gesell, about the idea of reenactment—that tendency we all experience at some point in our lives to act out or rehearse old ways or patterns of relating to ourselves or others despite how detrimental they may be to us now.
