Evolself is a podcast I created to just have a platform to speak about different things going on in my life. I am on a self love journey and as I go through the journey I intend to evolve into a better version of me and as I do I want to help my listeners do the same.

    Learning to love yourself and letting go of what no longer serves you!!

    It not an easy path to take. A self love journey is up and down roller coaster. You not going to be in the rainbows everyday.. some days will be clouds that never seem to go away. But if you continue even when your flesh says no , you will see the sun again !! You will have longer and happier days that are filled with gratitude and joy.
