    Pressing Pause: The Realities of Podcasting

    Send a text In this episode, we open up about the moment we realized it was time to step back from the mic. Not because the passion was gone, but because life was speaking louder than the recording schedule. We talk through the signs that told us we needed a break, the internal tug‑of‑war between “keep going” and “slow down,” and the clarity that came once we finally chose rest with intention.  We’re joined by two incredible guests — Queen M and Queen K — who share their own journeys with stepping away. Queen M reflects on what it meant to pause during a season of transition and how giving herself space helped her reconnect with purpose.
