Episode 21: Money: Tool or Trap? (Solo Episode)

Money. Just simply hearing the word can make you feel either nervous and anxious, or empowered and grateful. I talk about: where thoughts about money come from; how you can approach money with either a high vibration or low vibration; and the impact that shifting your attitude about money can have. This week, reflect on how you feel about money, and how you can shift that to a higher-energy, positive state.

Episode 19: Make more memories with this one shift (Solo Episode)

Think back to your favorite memories and moments that are so meaningful to you. They happen when you’re not planning on it.

Episode 17: Let’s Talk about People Pleasing (Solo Episode)

So many people fall in to the habit of people pleasing. In this episode, I talk about how people pleasing is connected to our second chakra and your self-worth. The problem is that many people often seek external validation instead of looking inside of themselves for affirmation.

This week, I challenge you to take a critical look at your own habits around people pleasing:
How often are you thinking “I should” or “I’m supposed to” or you feel pressure to do something, think … according to whom?

Episode 16: Learning to trust yourself with Bridgette Boucha

I loved chatting with my dear friend, Bridgette Boucha this week and know you’ll love to listen in. After years of doing all the things she felt she needed to do to advance her corporate career (moving around for opportunities and landing a CFO job by 30), Bridgette felt disconnected from herself. We talked about how her inner voice and signs got louder and harder to ignore and the moment she learned how to trust herself to find her true purpose in entrepreneurship.
