Evolving Us

Ashley and Julia say the things I’m thinking, and this is a reminder that I’m not the only one! It’s refreshing and raw! Looking forward to more!

Wow, only one episode in and I’m already hooked. I love how authentic and real these conversations are. I love that “the work” never ends. It’s a constant evolution and process of growth. It’s not always pleasant but it’s always worth it. I’m so grateful that my loved ones get to experience a better version of me thanks to “the work” I’ve done on myself. I can’t wait to follow along on this journey with Ashley & Julia.

I’ve known Ashley and Julia pretty deeply and intensely over the past year and a half. I thought I knew their “stories” but I’m in awe of what I’m still learning about them and grateful to hear how their perspective changes overtime. It also takes a lot of strength to show up and observe their past through a more healed lens. They can also acknowledge the present and humbly admit that are still learning and growing every day. Jules and Ash will be the first to tell you they still make mistakes even though they have many self-help tools in their toolbox. Surround yourself with people like Ashley and Julia who will listen and make you a priority. They will blow your mind and hold you accountable. If you’re triggered by something they said, ask yourself why and explore it. Welcome to “the work”. Live it. Breathe it. Love it. And sometimes get angry with it. Just when you think you figured it out…go back to the drawing board.
