    ADHD Lullaby with Bryan Wisda

I was lucky enough to find and speak with Bryan Wisda the musician and producer of ADHD Lullaby an album of songs he created for his son Cale to help him sleep.  Bryan explains how the crash that comes with many ADHD medications can affect sleep for kids despite doing anything and everything under the sun.  Listen as I talk with Bryan about how the idea for ADHD Lullaby came about and the science behind it.

This is what Ed Hallowell said about it:

“Magic happens when there is motivation that truly comes from the heart.  ADHD Lullaby™ is magic — created by a dad who struggled nightly to get his ADHD son to sleep.  The science and thought process behind this album is one of the most unique, natural, and cost-effective solutions to battling sleep struggles in children with ADHD.  It is one of the best ADHD products I’ve come across in my professional career. ADHD Lullaby™ will change millions of lives.”
