I enjoy your podcast everyday and it gives great advice. My only critique would be to please stop saying the word “Right” at the end of all your sentences. It’s not executive, distracting, and sounds like your ending all of your sentences as question.

Integrating a consultant’s background and lessons learned from Aikido and a long career as a consultant, Joe offers this wisdom in bite-sized nuggets. His style is both calm and confident, coming across as a true master. In his mastery, he offers caveats and situational tactical advice – something many self-help gurus eschew in the charge ahead to offer one-size-fits-all solutions. His is not the easy path, but I feel that following his path daily will pave the way for both success in my field and maybe, more life satisfaction.
