    JP Update #37 – Honorable Discharge, Visit to Veterans Affairs and Future Covert Missions

    After his Honorable Discharge on August 30 and new status as a Retiree with Permanent Disability, JP was given an appointment for his first visit to his local Veterans Affairs Office, which is close to the large military base where he was formerly stationed and out of which he performed most of his covert missions. At Veterans Affairs, JP saw many other retirees and veterans and was given a new ID, etc.  After his processing was completed, he was asked to leave the main lobby area and go down four flights of stairs with a small group for further processing. After going down the stairs, JP was in a different lobby/hallway area with up to 20 individuals of varying ages, the oldest being around 80 years old. An officer in civilian clothes briefed the 20 veterans/retirees that they were all former covert operatives and that now they would not be compelled to be part of covert operations but could volunteer. The officer then asked for volunteers for an upcoming mission, and JP was among those that volunteered. JP added that while these upcoming covert missions through Veterans Affairs would be purely voluntary, he was still in contact with the senior military officer who has greenlighted him in the past to reveal missions. JP was told that he would still be required to perform missions with active covert teams when needed. This would likely be for missions to areas that he has experienced in the past, such as the Atlantic Space Ark and the Underground Ant People colonies. Many battles have occurred in DUMBs throughout the world to liberate children and other captives in DUMBs. DeCode claims that seismic activities around the planet mark battles at various DUMBs where children are being rescued by the Earth Alliance and their Non-Human Intelligence allies. DeCode asserts that once rescued, most of the children cannot be repatriated to surface humanity due to the horrific abuses and genetic changes they have undergone. Instead, they are taken to off-planet locations to be cared for until surface humanity is ready to learn the full truth of what they have suffered in the DUMBs and can be repatriated without further harm or repercussions.     Elena Danaan has been interacting with multiple extraterrestrial civilizations since she was first abducted by Gray extraterrestrials at age 9 and then rescued by human-looking members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds. After working for nearly two decades as a professional archeologist, Danaan renewed her communications with the Federation in 2020 and has since established communications with other organizations such as the Council of Five, the Intergalactic Confederation, the Nine, and returning Anunnaki associated with Enki/Ea on their flagship, Nibiru. In this interview, Danaan explains the agenda of various non-human entities that have infiltrated human society which include clones and synthetic AI replicas of Nordic aliens. She explains out some methods for discerning between these fake cloned/AI versions from genuine human-looking extraterrestrials. She also addresses how a disclosure plan she was told about in January 2023 is still unfolding, with the latest example being an unknown pulse sound emanating from the Starline spacecraft scheduled to return from the International Space Station. She asserts the sound is similar to what is heard inside ships belonging to the Intergalactic Confederation and space arks. Importantly, Danaan explains how claims that Gray extraterrestrials experience splinter factions, some of which allegedly support humanity, is not possible due to the Grays’ hive mind consciousness. She points out how, in nature, examples of hive mind collectives, such as bees and ants, do not have splinter groups breaking away. On the contrary, any members or groups that become separated from the collective quickly die out. The only instances of ant or bee collectives separating are when new queens mature and take some members of the collective away to start a new colony. Danaan concludes that claims that some Gray splinter groups, such as the Domain or Essassani, wanting to help human evolution, are actually part of a deception aimed at allowing Gray hybrids to infiltrate Earth.     In 2004, during his seven years of service with the US Navy that began in 1999, Daryl James was stationed at the Royal Air Force Base at St Mawgan in Cornwall, England, where he was recruited into a “20 and back” program with the Solar Warden Space Program. James recalls how his IQ was measured to be 195 when he walked through a metal detector-looking apparatus. This got the attention of covert military leaders who were seeking exceptionally smart people for their classified programs. James was first psychologically tested by coming face-to-face with a drone-like alien being that looked like the classic Gray extraterrestrial. He then remembers signing a thick stack of stack documents that permitted his consciousness to be transferred for use in the covert space programs. James next remembers meeting a nine-foot-tall Draco Reptilian in an underground section of the St Mawgan RAF base. The Draco physically manhandled James and in retaliation, James poked the eye of the Reptilian and was severely punished with three months of slave labor at a secret Moon Base. He experienced horrific conditions and saw women and children being physically abused. James described women being kept in brothels and used as sex-slaves as reward for base personnel and workers, and subsequently giving birth to many children.  The children would grow up in feral-like underground conditions until they were ready to be harvested for their adrenochrome. The children would be rounded up and kept in steel cages until they were taken out for adrenachrone harvesting, some of which included Satanic Ritual Abuse ceremonies. James eventually got to serve with the German Dark Fleet, aka Nachtwaffen, where he experienced the Germans’ hierarchical authority system with them occupying all the senior positions, while US and other non-German personnel filled subordinate positions. James described the two years he served with the German Dark Fleet, which included visits to their home planet where he received permission to marry a German woman. Before the marriage could be carried out, however, Nordic extraterrestrials working with the Navy Solar Warden program came and extracted him from his service with the Dark Fleet. Thus began the next 17 year phase in James SSP service, which will be covered in a future interview.     Overcoming Trauma in Extraterrestrial Encounters and the Emerging New Humans

    Mary Rodwell has worked on approximately 3500 cases of individuals having extraterrestrial encounters since 1995 when she began her research in Australia after emigrating from her native Britain where she worked professionally as a nurse and mid-wife. The catalyst for her new interest were two books authored by Dr. John Mack and Whitley Streiber dealing with extraterrestrial abduction cases. In 1997, Rodwell created the Australian Close Encounter Research Network and has found that 85% of encounters experienced by individuals are positive, while 15% of her cases involve negative experiences. While she acknowledges that some of the traumatic experiences derive from negative extraterrestrial groups, the majority come from human military forces re-abducting experiencers and subjecting them to trauma in what are known as MILABS.  She has helped individuals overcome traumatic memories associated with their abductions and integrate their extraterrestrial encounters in ways that raise their consciousness and activate latent DNA abilities. Also, many of the experiences she has hypnotically regressed remember past lives on different planets and have come to Earth to raise consciousness and become the foundation for the emergence of “New Humans.” Rodwell asserts that she helps individuals understand their soul contracts with different extraterrestrials in order to help them integrate their experiences and memories. She believes that humanity is being genetically upgraded through extraterrestrial encounters that lead to changes in DNA and consciousness that result in the emergence of  “New Humans.” Rodwell responds to controversial issues raised by Dr. Michael Salla about different types of extraterrestrials involved in encounters and their respective agendas. While human-looking extraterrestrials emphasize the importance of conscious consent in making contact, others such as Grays, Zetas, Reptilians and Insectoids involved in abductions emphasize instead “soul contracts” and subconscious desires. She also responds to questions about the creation of Gray-human hybrids whom researchers such as Dr. David Jacobs believe constitute a threat to humanity. Rodwell believes that the overall impact of extraterrestrial encounters are positive and are making an enormous contribution by helping in the emergence of “New Humans” whose heightened abilities and consciousness surpasses normal homo sapiens.     Gene Decode (pseudonym)  has found a treasure trove of historical documents showing the construction of up to 10,000 Deep Underground Military Bases (DUMBs) in the US and around the world. These are connected through high-speed Magnetic Levitation (MagLev) trains that can travel at hypersonic speeds of up to 10,000 mph. These DUMBs have been built using advanced boring machines and are powered by portable nuclear reactors. In his second Exopolitics Today interview, Decode discusses the historical documents, news articles and patent applications he has found showing the construction techniques, locations, and the interconnecting Maglev systems for this worldwide network of tunnels and DUMBs.
