Great with a few flaws

Solid podcast guys, covers a lot of things I like. But for crying out loud if someone is taking off mic, give them the mic instead of having them keep talking. We miss whole conversations because of this. Otherwise solid.

Banks being gone has drastically changed the tone

I couldn’t make it through this one without Banks. I don’t think this new guy is the one to hire long term! Too much awkward silence.
Holy moly! The content is good if you can get through the host interactions.
