    Episode 7: Wiz Kelly-From Hooping to Musical Artist, Making Art For Yourself, and Experimental Creativity

    In this episode, Ant and I got the chance to sit down with a good friend of ours, Tariq Latchison, also known as Wiz Kelly. Tariq as Wiz Kelly has released 5 projects, including Wiz Kelly Vol. 1 Nowhere and Yaphet Kotto (which he and his dad co-created). Oh..and his dad, Khalid Salaam, has musical talent too—playing seven different instruments and rapping himself. So, in this conversation with Wiz Kelly, we get into his upbringing with his parents, the transition from spending a lot of his time hooping—as he played basketball in high school—to now making full albums, creating for yourself vs. creating for others, the side of being an artist that many don’t see, and so much more.     Episode 5: Growing and Living with ADHD

    On this episode, Ant and Josh have a conversation about ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). This conversation is more so Josh interviewing Ant as he shares his own experiences with ADHD which he was diagnosed with in 2nd grade. Ant opens up about what it was like growing up with ADHD, some of his past struggles with the condition, and strategies that he has used to work with ADHD and function today. He also talks about how ADHD has played a part in his identity and how he views himself. We hope that this conversation can give you more context and knowledge about the experience of having ADHD.     Episode 4: Josiah Pope - Achieving Hoop Dreams, Being Multidimensional, Lavar Ball Stories, and the Business of Basketball

    In this episode, Ant and Josh sit down with Josiah Pope. Who is Josiah Pope? Someone who growing up was involved in a multitude of things from playing basketball and kinds of sports, to playing instruments like violin, to performing in theatre, to learning languages. As he went through high school he gravitated more so to basketball. He would follow this path all the way to the pros, playing out of the country and in the JBA also known as the junior basketball association, a league started by entrepreneur and media figure Lavar Ball.  In this conversation we talk about so much like: Josiah's background growing up in D.C and the multitude of activities that he did as a kid, him gravitating towards basketball and his journey to eventually going to play pro and the realities of professional basketball, his experience playing in the JBA along with Lavar Ball stories, his goals shifting when he realized that playing in the NBA was no longer his end goal, and much more.  Hope you enjoy!     Episode 3: The 2 Day Eye-Gaze Challenge and Extraversion vs Introversion

    In this episode, Josh and Ant talk about the results of a challenge that they took on together, the Eye-Gaze challenge, which can be found here. This challenge involved Josh and Ant, as self-proclaimed introverts, creating and keeping eye contact with complete strangers in the street, so as you can imagine, this challenge was both interesting and a push out of their comfort zone. From talking about their experiences doing the challenge, they then talk about the idea of being introverted vs. being extraverted not being what most people think it might mean.     In this episode, Ant and Josh sit down and have a conversation with long-time friend Chase Crawford. Chase has worked with the University of Georgia Basketball Team for five years as a manager, has recently graduated with a major in Applied Mathematics with a double minor in Statistics and Spanish, and runs his own sports video production company, CB3 Productions, where he has made highlight videos for more than 500 athletes across the country, including Jordan Davis, Justin Feilds, Ochai Abaji, Mecole Hardman, and so much more. In this conversation, we discuss Chase starting his own video business at the age of 19, how he found time to: run his own business, work full-time with a division 1 basketball team, go to school and graduate with a 3.5 GPA, and still go out with friends multiple times a week, how social media has had both a positive and negative impact on the game of basketball, his Anthony Edwards story, and so much more.
