Podcasting is a new source of knowledge, an audiovisual format that helps me comprehend the complexities of spirituality, mental health, physical fitness and entrepreneurship. As a prelude, I interviewed my 80- year old grandmother on her experience of Ind- Pak partition. I realised, I enjoyed such dialogues. Besides creating content, I have also worked on technical aspects such as, sound quality, delivery and voice modulation. I hope, this content brings to you a breath of fresh air, each time to hear it and adds value in our lives. Together we grow and together we learn has been my mantra! 🙏

    ‘Social Media- the BOOM & RISE’

    We live in an age where information is just a button press away. Although we are swayed by information all around us. We millennials want to know, read, understand and then speak our minds about it. That is where social media comes into play. Social media is one of the most significant elements we live with, and we cannot ignore it. It is a collection of websites, applications, and other platforms that enable us to share or create content and also help us to participate in social networking. Social media is not limited to blogging and sharing pictures; there are a lot of solid tools also that social media provides. That is because the impact of social media is very high and far-reaching. It can make or break images. But social media is a topic of controversy today, many feel it’s a boon, but a majority think it is a curse. Most believe social media has rapidly destroyed human interaction and modified modern human relationships. But others feel it is a blessing connecting us to every part of the world; we can meet our loved ones far, spread awareness, send security warnings, etc. There is a lot that social media can do. But it is an unarguable fact that social media has made our lives convenient, easier, and much faster.

    ‘Sports- A Need of the Hour’

    The topic of sports is very broad. It can serve as a form of therapy and a tool in different aspects of life, which can help change the world. Through sports, children develop physical skills, exercise, be team players, and improve their self-esteem. Sports play a significant role in advancing education and in enhancing knowledge. Playing sports means regular exercising, jogging, going to the fitness centres or playing any game. There are different types of games involved in sports activities. Each game has its own specific rules. These sports activities are done either by individuals or teams for leisure, and entertainment as well as to compete against one another. Playing sports improves the physiological functions of the body organs and improves the functionality of the entire body system. Through sports, we learn different skills like leadership, patience, coordination, motivation, and team effort. Sport has great importance in building personality, too. For some people, it is not only the body movement or playing strategy, but it’s a life philosophy. In the modern world, a positive attitude to sports is becoming a trend and style. Young people try to look sporty, fit and full of energy. A sports career in India was considered less lucrative in the past. However, now it has become one of the gainful professional options for students. Sometimes students take an interest in sports merely for adventure and a tension-free life. Now, sports games are gaining popularity. Various sports competitions are played at the international level, such as the Olympics. Apart from it, multiple matches and inter-city competitions are organised to promote the field of sports.

    ‘Leadership- a Strong Will!’

    Leadership is often defined as "the action of inspiring others to act in concert to achieve a particular goal." It signifies the harmony in actions that lead to a common objective. A genuine leader not only exudes confidence but also paves the way for their followers towards triumph. Over the years, various leadership styles have been identified and discussed by psychologists. Qualities such as intelligence, adaptability, extroversion, innate self-awareness, and social competence often emerge as the hallmarks of impactful leaders. There's a consensus that these traits mold an individual into an effective leader. Interestingly, some theories suggest that extraordinary situations can thrust an ordinary individual into the spotlight, bestowing upon them the mantle of leadership. It's also believed that leadership isn't a static trait but an evolving journey. It underscores the belief that with dedication and the right resources, anyone can hone their leadership abilities. True leadership goes beyond merely advocating for a cause. It involves taking responsibility, igniting motivation in others, and differentiating oneself from just being a 'boss'. A leader's essence lies in their ability to inspire and propel people towards grand visions, whereas a manager typically focuses on oversight and operational aspects.

    ‘Never Give Up- 3 Magical Words!’

    All of us have many dreams in our minds, but hardly a few manage to get them fulfilled in the first attempt. Dreaming is the sweetest thing ever because we always dream about things we love and hope for. The best way to reach your dreams and hopes is to work to achieve them and to change them to reality and never giving up in any situation. "Never give up” means keep trying and never stop working for your goals. For many people, failure is nothing but the first step towards success. This should be our approach in life.

    ‘Passion, an Inner Drive!’

    Passion is a strong feeling towards something you love. There can be a series of events that lead to a passion, but sometimes passion can already be born inside of yourself before you even know what it is. I believe everyone has a passion for something, but the people who find their passion are the lucky ones. You experience this feeling of wholeness and love when you pursue or create a passion.

    ‘Respect is Earned and, not Given’

    Respect is one way of expressing our love and gratitude towards others. It may indeed be the glue that binds people together. If respect is akin to “positive regard”, it is the belief that enables one to value other people, institutions, and traditions. If we want others to give us respect, it is important that we respect them too. Respect is the most powerful ingredient that nourishes all relationships and creates a good society. Students should learn the true meaning of respect. They must understand what respect means with reference to themselves and to other people.

    ‘Unstoppable Tech, Present & Near Future’

    The word technology comes from the two Greek words, ‘techne’ and ‘logos’. Techne means art, skills, or craft, and Logos means a word, saying, or expression that expresses inward thought. Thus, technology means the skill to convey an idea to reach a goal. But nowadays, the term technology mainly signifies the knowledge of tools, machines, techniques, crafts, systems, and organisation methods to solve a problem. Today, technological advancement has provided the human race with the ability to control and adapt to their natural environment. In this Essay on Technology, students will know the importance of technology, its advantages and disadvantages and the future of technology. The future of technology seems to be exciting but also scary. Futuristic predictions in technology can dish out some exciting or scary visions for the future of machines and science. Technology will either enhance or replace the products and activities that are near and dear to us. The answer to our technological dilemma about what will be the upcoming technological innovation in the future is not surprising. In the past, technology was mainly focused on retaining more information and efficient processing, but in the future, it will be based on industrial robots, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.
