    Exploring the interactive process

    In this Lincoln Absence Advisor episode, we look at how employers use the interactive process as a standardized framework to find accommodations for employees with disabilities and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Although not formally required, the interactive process is a best practice that helps employers track accommodations and denials, measure effectiveness, and ensure equitable handling of all requests.
