Ideal strength coach ,

Totally worth it

My son works with Jared remotely. I wanted to provide hard numbers so you can see the unbelievable improvements he’s made.

- He’s worked with JB for 13 weeks, during that time:
- He’s gained 8 lbs, all muscle: 140 -148 lbs
- His vertical leap is up 5 inches: 27.1 to 32.3 using the same jump mat JB uses at his gym
- His 40 YD is down .32 seconds 5.59 to 5.27 - laser timed
- His bench is up 55 lbs 175 - 230lbs
- His squat is up 90 lbs. 205 - 300lbs.

I believe Jared is the best human performance coach in the United States. Working with him makes athletes more explosive, more athletic, more powerful and I can see the improvements on the lacrosse field.

Jared has told my son if he continues to bench, squat and DB jump 3x week through his senior year of HS he’ll, get to the point of running a 4.5 40 YD, jumping 40 inches, benching 400lbs + and squatting 500lbs +. It sounded too good to be true, but after 13 weeks of huge improvements, I have totally bought in.

Finally, JB wants to communicate. He calls me or my son 2x week, asks for videos, provides feedback on what sets/reps he got/didn’t get. He improves technique, sends videos of himself doing exercises he programs and the right way to do perform them and the programming is custom. No one else has the programming my son has.

I’d recommend him 10,000 times to anyone who is willing to do the work and wants athletic results that show up on the field.
