    Why is making friends as an adult so difficult?

    Being invited to weddings, brunching with friends and friday nights in with the girls are not on the cards for me. In this episode I reflect on my life of trying to make friends as an adult, having had an unstable trajectory of life changes, big moves and growth until now. I compact my life story and share what I'd like from friendship as an adult, share an insight from research I did on friendship, and ask the question of how adults connect.
