my purpose in creating this podcast was to shed light on personal feelings i have that i feel too scared to talk about, so here i am basically talking to myself about my problems lol. i go over shit i think is weird to me in the world and also talk to people around me about what they think as well. to be honest, i have no way of organizing my thoughts so i apologize in advance for my brain lagging at times. my hope is that people listening will hear something that resonates with them and may pass it along to others to help humanity as a whole. 💗

    i talk with my friend Gerardo Flores (@geraafc on tiktok) about what the normalization of “boobs and butts” does to our society today. we talk about topics such as guilt, self-deprication, forgiveness, using your time in this life wisely, and some other very intriguing and helpful subjects! if you have been trying to stop involving yourself in “pleasuring yourself” with pictures, porn, or whatever it may be, this may be helpful for you. not just that, but also thinking deeper into the subject of the entertainment that a lot of us use on a daily basis. i hope you learn something useful from this, i sure did!😌

    i go in depth about how self-honesty has helped me overcome many of my obstacles in life. the book “the inner work” by mat & ash is where i get the quotes used in the episode, i am so grateful for their ability to help all of us sort through and look at what we really need to let go of.
