    #47: When Things Are Good… Why Do We Fear They’ll Fall Apart?

    In this episode, I talk about a fear so many of us carry quietly:  the fear that good things won’t last. That the moment life feels stable, loving, or peaceful, something bad is coming. This fear doesn’t come from intuition — it comes from trauma. From growing up in chaos, unpredictability, or disappointment. Our nervous system learns to brace for impact, even when nothing is wrong. I break down how this fear shapes our thoughts and behavior, and how it can actually interrupt our blessings. Because being in a good state creates a positive feedback loop — when you feel safe, regulated, and grounded, you make better decisions, attract better experiences, and move from a higher frequency. Good creates more good. And the opposite is true too:  A stressed, fearful state can create a negative feedback loop where doubt, anxiety, and worst-case thinking lead to choices that reinforce the very outcomes we’re afraid of. I talk about how to break that cycle — by believing better is possible, trusting stability instead of fearing it, and acting as if things are already working out. Because what you embody becomes what you attract. This episode is a reminder that good things don’t disappear when you relax.  Sometimes, they grow deeper, stronger, and more aligned — if you allow yourself to believe they will.
