Mia's first role was as a ballet girl in the West End production of Billy Elliot. She then went on to star in numerous T.V. shows including Tracy Beaker Returns, The Dumping Ground and Eastenders. Now as an adult, her career is reaching dizzying heights appearing in films and T.V. shows like The Witcher, The Vampire Academy (due for release next year) and Netflix feature film, Persuasion (due for release next year).  But Mia is not here to talk about success - she's here to talk about failure. Having self-released her debut EP W.I.L.D, Lyra caught the attention of people around the world with her single Emerald - signing with Universal soon after. Since then she has played sold-out headline shows and Electric Picnic, had her music feature on Grey's Anatomy and performed on the U2 album The Joshua Tree. In 2019 her song Falling was nominated for Single of the Year at the RTE choice awards.  But Lyra is not here to talk about success - she's here to talk about failure.     Daryl McCormack

Since graduating from DIT Drama, Daryl's career has gone from strength to strength, recently landing a role opposite Emma Thompson in the eagerly awaited movie Good Luck to You, Leo Grande. He joined the cast of Peaky Blinders in 2019 playing the role of Isaiah Jesus and can also be seen in the film Pixie and Amazon Prime's new show The Wheel of Time . This year Daryl was named as one of Screen Daily's Stars of Tomorrow. But Daryl is not here to talk about success - he's here to talk about failure.
