    Dr. Catherine "Cate" Johnson brings 30 years of development experience in more than 40 countries in areas of democracy and governance, maternal-child health, gender and development, conflict resolution, food security, civ-mil partnerships, and child welfare. Cate has achieved a Bronze Level in the equestrian sport of dressage, earned her green belt in Tae Kwon Do, and is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor - which is what she spends her time teaching now that she has retired from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
