In episode one we covered an introductory clip where we talk briefly about what we think of discipleship as it is regarded in the Baptist church, our stance and views as independent baptists. We also compare and contrast discipleship v soulwinning and talk about striking the perfect balance. We talk about empowering others around us, finding the best in our church members, and focusing on strengths and weaknesses of our team to be effective at both soulwinning and discipleship.
