Why Your Diagnosis is Not Your Identity: My Personal Story
In today’s episode, I discuss my personal health journey and the protocols I have been following to address mold exposure and other underlying health issues. I share how my experiences with mold and gut health led me to pursue functional medicine. Despite early misdiagnoses and ineffective treatments, I eventually discovered high levels of mycotoxins and a history of Epstein-Barr virus and possibly Lyme disease. I emphasize the importance of hiring experts, maintaining foundational health practices like proper nutrition, regular exercise, and quality sleep, and avoiding identifying with a disease or diagnosis. I also talk about my current protocols, including the use of homeopathy, supplements, and other supportive measures. Throughout, I stress the value of patience, consistency, and a holistic approach to healing. Let’s dive in!
