The FALLUCKA podcast is the link between art lovers, high-profile artists, air fairs and galleries. Based on Marie’s own personal interest and curiosity in art, the podcast FALLUCKA will have a curious - and perhaps sometimes naive approach to the artists and topics we deal with, thus opening up to the listener the person behind the artist, the ideas behind the gallery, the art fair etc.
Walk the talk
In this podcast you can hear the talk that we made during CPHFW AW20. Meet author and journalist for The Times, Telegraph and VOUGE, Carolyn Asome in dialog with jewellery designer Sarah Müllertz (KINRADEN), designer Mark Kenly Domino Tan and director for Designers Nest Ane Lynge-Jorlén. It was a honest conversation about sustainable choices and how these choices can create a real impact in a changing industry.
KINRADEN and Mark Tan
The Danish jewelry design company KINRADEN and fashion designer Mark Kenly Domino Tan have invited FALLUCKA for a private talk about their passion and how they work with sustainability, each other and not least their personal reflections on the fashion industry anno 2020. In this first episode they go into detail about their new collaboration between KINRADEN and Mark Kenly Domino Tan, which all started with a blind date and why they like dry stuff…
FALLUCKA meets CPH Fashion Week SS20
FALLUCKA was on the spot when Copenhagen Fashion week SS20 took place last week. I had the pleasure to see shows from Saks Potts, Ganni, Cecilie Bahnsen as well as brand new designer talents from The Royal academy of fine arts. I continue to be both surprised and fascinated by the fashion scene, I love it, I am drawn to it as well as I feel so alone in it. Personally I will look forward to see more action behind the buzz word sustainability in the years to come...
FALLUCKA #8 - Manuel Tainha
Before the summer I had the pleasure to make a stop by the Portuguese Embassy to see the exhibition with the Portuguese artist Manuel Tainha in collab with LAST RESORT gallery. It took me by surprise in the otherwise fine settings at the Portuguese embassy Manuel has managed to create a kind of backdrop with an edge from the new Portuguese art scene. The way he works with pale remedy on textiles - that has been part of the Portuguese household throughout all times.
