I listen to this podcast when I’m jogging (I hate jogging) and going to sleep at night (I’m not great at that), and in both cases it soothes me. It makes me forget that I am jogging and it calms my soul and helps me fall asleep. It also makes me laugh, a lot. I make sure to drink at least 6 Clown Shoes brand beers before laying my tired head on the pillow 😊 Best podcast on the internet.
