    Opening Day on the Hill

    FAMU Basketball took it on the Chin but the Baseball and Softball teams came through on a short weekend. Also we see that FAMU seems to have solidified its coaching staff.     Call him Uncle Mo!

    National Signing Day has been good to the FAMU faithful as the energy which has been surrounding the program continues to momentum that a new Coach who has favor with the faithful garners.  And this kind of distraction is exactly what the faithful needed during a time when the Basketball teams are struggling.  But Uncle Mo might also be extending to the diamond as well as we see both Baseball and Softball begin the season coming off red hot seasons.  Lets also not forget that Uncle Mo has been doing some work on the Track as FAMU’s track program is laying a foundation for rattler pride to be exuded to even the like to the most down trodden rattler.  It’s a good time to celebrate some wins.  Fangs Up! #FAMU #FangsUp #HBCU #HBCUdigital

    Wins off the Court

    The Basketball teams have losing streaks but the track team is finding its stride and the spring sports start this week. But the big news in Rattler Nation is the success of the Restore the Strike fund raiser. FAMU’s major officer and all of Rattler Nation are owed a huge congratulations and if you have not already made a contribution I hope to encourage you to make a small donation as many hands make light work.     Bounce Back and Bounce Better

    Both FAMU’s Men’s and Women's basketball teams have something to prove. The ladies were humbled at home while the gentlemen walked out of the gym with a one point loss. Despite these setbacks the Rattler Basketball team still finds itself near the top of the SWAC and in the Hunt for a Conference title. Also the FAMU Track team heads to Clemson while the Tennis team gets into the swing of things. We may also have some special guest Avengers on the show. Fangs Up! #FAMU #FangsUp #HBCU #HBCUdigital

    If you Win they Will Come

    FAMU Basketball fans are fair weather for a good reason. Years of a losing product coupled with many basketball options which persist make for a product which is a hot commodity. But this year the Men lead the conference and the women are giving us all hope. This on the back of a successful season gives many hope that this may be the year. We also got to see the football coaching staff fill out which is exciting for many. And baseball is also giving the faithful hope that this may be a return to the Championship game.     Staying on Track!

    FAMU Track got a slight mention in the last show and I guess they took that personally. The track team went to Gainesville intent on sending home a message. And the message was received; this is going to be a track program that brings pride to the FAMULY! Also the Men’s Basketball extended its winning streak while the Lady Rattlers saw the end of a winning streak. Streaks being what they are, we saw FAMU football deliver via the transfer portal which also sends the message that this program may be more of a contender than others give it credit for.     Floating with the Current

    FAMU’s basketball teams are on a roll and we have a winning streak that is exciting the fanbase. Along with what appears to be a winning program the other sports are keeping us excited. Softball has camps, Baseball is about to kick off and football is added to the roster to fill the voids of the players that have been left behind. All of that and we have a massive giving campaign to restore the strike! #FAMU #FangsUp #HBCU #HBCUdigital

    FAMU’s Women’s Basketball has a winning Streak in the SWAC! FAMU’s Men’s Basketball team just defeated Southern University to give coach Charlie his first SWAC conference victory? FAMU now has a permanent Athletic Director and the Rattlers have officially brought home Quinn Gray as the program's new Head Football Coach!
